I’m 5’9 and female, I’ve been dieting for a few weeks now and lost 7 pounds thus far. I’m not getting discouraged and I know things won’t change over night. I started at 225 and plan on getting down to around 150. I just want to know how much I have to lose before I feel thinner? Or how many pounds do I have to lose to go down a pants/bra size size?

I'm 14 i'm 5"4 and i weight 110pounds. I pretty skinny the thing is. I have these love handles that won't go away. There small but still they stick out really badly because i'm so tiny i have an almost flat stomac i have a nice body shape like an hourglass its the love ahndles thats my problem. I can wear tiny clothes but they amke my love ahndle stick out so i have to wear baggy jeans around my mid section. I try ecersise and diet, but nothing work. My love handles are small but seem big because of my tiny figure. How can i get rid of these love handles with have to do major ecersise or diet, and in just simple easy steps that really work.

I eat a balanced diet every day i work out and i can not seem to loose wieght at all i used to weigh110lbs and i don't know what else to do but go to a nutrisystem diet,but it is so expensive

On my body the six pack is where its supposed to be. Well its not a six pack its like a mini 4 pack. Anyways the lower part of my pack hasnt lost as much fat! Ive done plenty of sit ups to improve my stomach (cuz before i hated it.) I luv it now, but I need to know a way to lose the fat from the lower part of my pack. Any suggestions? (Tips on better sit ups are good too)

I am focusing on losing weight but at the same time I also want to build my muscle to help increase my metabolism so that I can be like a normal 14 year old. Also I don't want to have to buy any expensive equipment. So far I have been holding weights when I walk and am (trying) to do reps with a 70 lb. dumbbell.

I plan to hover around 1500 calories a day, stick to low glycemic index foods, lots of fruits and veggies, my usual exercise regimen (I exercise 1-2 hours broken up through the day like bike rides, pilates, weights, etc). Can I do it, or do I lack willpower and motivation? C'mon, be honest!

Iam 5'4 around 125 lbs. Im a size 4 and I want to do down a dress size in order to fit into the bathing suit i bought last year (and I want to look good of course). I have been working out for about a year. I am getting toned a bit but I am not going down in size. Does anyone have any suggestions in how to see results faster. Like by 2 months? Thanks!!!

Is this a good amount of food for 1 day or too much?
2 medium sized Muffins
1 Protein Shake w skim milk
1 Turkey Burger w 2% cheese
1 cup of cofee w whole milk and splenda
1 cup of pasta w 1/2lb lean ground turkey
1 glass of chocolate skim milk.

Keep in mind I walked 15 miles 2 days ago and did sets of pushups and 3 sets of curls.
