I eat a balanced diet every day i work out and i can not seem to loose wieght at all i used to weigh110lbs and i don't know what else to do but go to a nutrisystem diet,but it is so expensive

any suggestions

The balanced diet has made obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the number 1 health problem in the world soon replacing hunger and infectious disease. So if you need to lose weight it is mostly not your fault. You are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

We'll I go to 24 Hour Fitness... for 3 months now and i have a personal trainer and I lost 35 pounds already...The thing is watch your calories and do cardio at least 3 times a week on a treadmill for 20 to 25 minutes..

Well I do Turbo Jam and it works wonders for me. It gives me energy and a good sweat that I appreciate. try Beachbody.com and check out whats going on and the success stories majority are real. It would take forever to pin point weight lose pointers so you can IM me @ kiwikofii@yahoo.com. Some things are eating healthy drinking lots of water and walking more. I need to know some things you are tring to pin point on your body.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

try 3-day protein diet, consisting of lean meat, fish & eggs. no bread, rice/noodles (carbohydrates) during these 3 days. revert to normal diet & see how you fare.... and dont forget to drink 2-3 litres of water a day.

Go to a doctor and make sure that you don't have an underlying medical problem A thyroid problem could cause weight gain.
