Is this a good amount of food for 1 day or too much?
2 medium sized Muffins
1 Protein Shake w skim milk
1 Turkey Burger w 2% cheese
1 cup of cofee w whole milk and splenda
1 cup of pasta w 1/2lb lean ground turkey
1 glass of chocolate skim milk.

Keep in mind I walked 15 miles 2 days ago and did sets of pushups and 3 sets of curls.

Your diet is deficient in fiber and other important nutrients because there are no fruits or vegetables included in it. Add a fruit cup or mixed fruits to your morning muffins, some mixed veggies to your turkey burger, an apple (or other fruit) to your coffee, and a salad to your pasta. And add at least four 8 oz. cups of water to your daily routine.That would improve your diet immensly.

that's pretty good amount, but try to cut out the muffins. Those are calorie black holes, and in general try to stay between 1000-1500 calories a day. I'm sure there are calorie counts on those foods.

That is an OK amount of food, but where are your fruit and veges? If you are trying to maintain or loose weight you should replace one or two of these things with fruit and veges. You need these for heart and digestive tract health.

sounds about right. maybe even too little considering the amount of exorcise.
