I'm the type of person that likes to stay in shape, so I excercise daily. For the past few months, I've been "intensifying" that excercise routine. A few days ago I did that, and this morning I woke up incredibly sore. I'm used ot being a little soreness, mabye more, but this is really excrutiating. Is there any way to eliminate, or at least tone it down? I'm not stopping the excercise, but I hope this pain subsides a little.

If I burn 200 calories a day will it improve my health and body? If I wanted to noticable shape up for school would i have to burn more??? Right now i am using a exercise bike that counts the calories you burn. Thxs!!!!!

I have been doing simply too many chin ups and crunches. How many days should I rest before i go back to my routine? And believe me, I will make changes to prevent this sort of thing from happening again.

I always have to have coke, or something with sugar in it while I eat any meal. Also, I wake up in the middle of the night 3 or 4 times and have to eat cookies or something sweet. I have been doing that for years. At work, I crave the candy they have out in display but when I eat it, my sugar drops and I get all shaky and sweaty and will eat anything in sight. Its really weird. Ist his normal?

i was thinking about trying trimspa but i dont want to buy it and it be a waste of money, i work out and eat healthy just wanted something new to try and lose more weight faster. anyone with advice on this, who have tried it?

I am 22
5'2"
I go from 135-145lbs
I am large busted and would like to lift my pectorials too.
I have clinicals in a hospital Mon-thur.
I go to my college gym, but it is only open in the summer Mon-Fri.
It is closed when I get off work so I only have 1 day per week for the gym.
I have a limited budget. I do own 1 resistance band, 1 ten pound weight and a couple of denise austin videos.
I relized today that I have a "back role" too.
PLEASE HELP...I want to be healthy and fit not necessarilly svlete.

i started going to the gym this month June 12th.. i got for an hour each day, i do 30 min on the treadmill and 20 - 30 mins on the bike, but my weight has gone up since the first time i weighed myself there.. is that normal?? should i be going weight or losing weight.. i'm confused because as far as i am concerned people go to lose weight!! hmmm.. very interesting

I am helping my mom with a workout regimen. She is 60 plus and in very good shape (she has been exercising her whole life) She would like to tone her stomach, butt, thighs, and underarm flabbys. Does anybody have some good exercise suggestions and also what should be her limit as far as working out is concerned. She is basically strength training, so I would like to know how much down time she should have in between workouts as well. Thanks for the help.
