What you need to do is portion out your food throughout the day. You should eat a lot of little, healthy meals. This will help you feel full and stay full, plus if you eat the correct items, you won't feel the need to binge afterwards. :)

Hey there, well i am the same way with my weight. And the way I stopped was heard but so easy. When you look at you don't ever ever see ugly. Only see what the good lord blessed you with. Just think dang i look good even if you don't fully believe it. If you think positive about you then others will as well. Pretty soon you will have forgotten about ever thinking about you in a negative way. God loves you and made you a certain way. Use that to your fullest but don't abuse it. Just be thankful for what you have. And to me every person is beautiful. Good luck!

Keep a lot of prepared vegetables in the fridge. Carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumber( I love English cucumbers ) and maybe even some precooked sweet potatoes. When I quit smoking 5 years ago I used to binge to help with cravings, I'd just eat celery and stuff until it passed. Every now and then I'll grab some late night veggies. Their low in calories and good for you. Good luck.

When I want to lose weight I write down everything that I eat during the day. It is amazing how many things we eat and for
get, so we don't realize just how much we consume sometimes.
If I start to eat something, I go to put it on my list, and when I see
how much I have eaten I just don't eat what I had in my hand.

Ttry to focus on something else! Something positive! Everybody thinks their body is way worse than it is, and chances are your not that bad! But try focusing on working out (healthfully) or take up a new hobby.

Don't worry about it. You only live once. Do what you enjoy. If you enjoy food, then don't let anything hold you back from it. Even if it is societies often-narrow point of view.
