i would say it is can be done, i know alot of people would say that is unhealthy, but think about it, thats lke 10 pounds a month, some desperate people can lose that in a week or two, try it and tell me if it works so i can do it too.

I am sure that it is possible lol but it's not healthyto lose wieght at that rate, However, become a vegitarian but a good one and you can do it somewhat healthy. I lost wieght quickly that way.

im sure, not in a healthy manner.
eat good (cut out snacks between meals) and exercise.
i lost 10 lbs in about two months by doing not much more than sitting on my *** and watching what i eat

if u really need 2 lose weight exercise by wearing bags(plastic) and sweaters with exercise or get into a sauna
