A friend of mine did and I saw results in her. You have to be really dedicated on going cause it's not a fast "work you to the bone" work out center. It's gradual and fun too I guess

I've been doing it for a year and have only lost a few pounds.
If I were on a regular diet then I know I would lose much more.
It has made a difference though. Much more energy and more healthy overall. Just need to get the diet part down. Even if you don't lose a lot of weight it is doing lots of good for you.

I went when I was about 19 and I didn't make any improvements. It is basically make for middle aged woman. It will get your heart rate up but it won't do anything spectacular for you. A regular gym or an aerobics/ dance class would be better for you!

my mom used too. she lost about 2lbs. in abou a month or 2. then she quit and ent to weight watchers. now shes lost about 17 lbs. in ?????? months
