they are all pretty much equal. Maybe a few gram difference but no more than 2 or 3. The only thing your have to remember is that some of them are fattier than others

Your request is too open-ended. You give no percentages of fat. Lean meat is lean meat and all lean meat has the same number of calories and protein content per ounce of meat. The fats are what make the difference if you're counting calories. I'd suggest you look at the site www.eatgrass.com before you get caught up in calorie counting and fat restriction. Read as much of the infor there as possible and check out the info on some of the links. You just may be enlightened.

chicken takes 7 hrs to fully digest as beef takes about 2 days as pork takes almost 7 days. bean protein is the best .chicken protein is 2ND.

In the U.S. we have been programed to think that fat is bad. Look for a good fat with omega 3 fat (salmon, nuts, sardines). Avoid trans fats. In the 50's they said butter is bad. After 50 years of margarine they say trans fats are bad. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE WHO MANUFACTURE FOOD. THEY WILL KILL YOU. Eat real food (fresh fruits and vegetables) with little or no processing. Raw is also good.
