I sprained my ankle two weeks ago and it still hurts when I walk, and I read on the web that I have to rehabilitate it by breaking up the scar tissue by moving it alot.
Is this information correct?
If so, what kind of exercises should I do to hasten the healing process and get my ankle back to 100%?
Also, at this point, am I suppose to ice it or apply heat to it?

I have heard that it is harmful/ not good for people to drink gatorade when they are not physically active and it has something to do with electrolytes or something to that effect.

ever since i've had kids i have gain weight in my thighs and hips(love handles...you can say i have...though i am not overweight i just have problems losing the hips and thighs anyone know of any exercises that may help me? it is embarssing to go to the beach or wear any type of tight shirt because of this.. please help!

i need to lose 30 lbs by aug. 18th i currently weigh about 160 and am about 5'8 i need to lose 30 lbs by the time i get back to school and something really important in my life depends on it. i am willing to exercise but i am a very picky eater. i can also take over the counter meds if needed.

Is doing 60 minutes straight on an eliptical miachine the same as doing 2 30 minute sessions? Would the calories lost be different?

If you ate say 3500 calories a day you would gain 1lb of pure fat a day, but how long would it take for your metabolsim to get used to that intake?
When your meatbolism gets used to that intake you wouldnt gain no more weight, to gain more weight, how much would you have to consume/eat?
Then what happens after that?
Would you have to keep eating more and more to gain fat?
