most fish has lots of protein, you are also gonna wanna eat fresh fish, and fish that is local. A local deli might have a good selection, and someone that could also talk to you about what would be best for you.

FISH!! Seriously..it's a lot healthier than eating all that meat..and fish is packed with protein! 3oz of Haddock has 22 gm of protein and 1gm of fat, 3 oz chicken has about 17 gm of protein and 3 grams of fat.
Plus fish doesn't have any cholesterol.A serving of chicken has apx 270mg of cholesterol...same with red meat.

It ranges between 20-30 g depending on the brand.

FYI: Too much protein and not enough carbs will lower your blood sugar and you may feel a little sluggish ;)
