That's an average of two pounds per DAY.
What nutritionists will tell you is that it's healthier to try to lose two pounds per WEEK!
I know that you're in a big hurry, and I can understand feeling that it's gotta come off in a hurry.
But please consider this: The faster that you take off weight with extreme dieting and exercising, the MORE likely it is that you'll gain all of the weight back, and then some more!
I never stopped gaining weight until I stopped dieting. At the time that I stopped dieting, when I was 35, I'd been doing it since I was 15, and I just kept getting fatterandfatterandfatter! Now I'm HUGE, but at least I finally stopped gaining weight. If I'd never stopped dieting, maybe I'd weigh 300 or 400 now. Maybe I'd have gone in to get weight loss surgery because I'd've been so heavy and hopeless--who knows?

You may be able to lose 10lbs in a month. I would not recommend you go for 15lbs as this is too drastic a weight loss for someone who isn't severely overweight (if overweight at all). 125lbs is also a tad low for your height.
You can lose the weight easily if you stick to 1250-1400 calories a day and exercise for at least an hour 4 times a week. Ensure you watch fat and sugar content in your food. Eat a high fibre diet and drink plenty of water. Make a third of your workout weight training and the rest aerobics and the weight will fall off in no time.
And I would not recommend you take diet pills or any quack medicine unless you want to have trouble with your weight for the rest of your life.

The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea.
Good luck!!

Marina, I promise you that you will lose close to 15 lbs. in 1 week if you take phentermine appetite suppressants. Your Dr. will have to give them to you. I have been on them for 2 weeks and I have lost 12 lbs. Of course you have to watch what you eat and drink lots and lots of water. Most of mine was water weight to start with. But yours may be different. You can email me back and let me know how you are doing.

Using STACK, you'll lose about a pound a day. Some of my friends are raving about the NEW Power-Pops with Hoodia. They say they really work.
