I know several thin people who don't drink water at all!!

Then I read an article yesterday stating that water isn't as important.(can't remember where???)

Yes you should it helps to clean your body and it is also good for staying hydrated it also helps with stomach problems and it helps your skin to be clear and smooth.

water really does help. The thin people who don't drink water were born naturally thin, but they probably do not have much muscle and aren't strong. People who drink water not only have a clearer complexion than the ones who don't water, but also have smooth skin, no cracked lips and stay cool in the summer without relying on a cokes.

yes water is very important to lose weight.the more water you drink the more weight you lose..and if you don't drink much water then your body will retain fluids for the fear of not getting any.retaining fluids= weight gain and bloatiness!!
try this- drink 2 litres of water first thing in the morning and then for 14 days cut down on your carb intake(it does not mean u have no carbs at all!)also abstain from alcohol and sweets and ofcourse fried food.you will see a dramatic effect on your body..go ahead try it!

The advice to drink lots of water is an urban myth. Folklore.
Not supported by science.

Drink when you're thirsty. Period.
No need to try to reach some arbitrary goal.

Water is very important, it will keep you hydrated and healthy, you can carbonated water, or soda pop all the time, but that won't help a lot in weight loss.

yes water is very important. cut the sodas, and the junk drinks and drink lots and lots of water. You need to hydrate your body and it helps regulate the temp of your body as well.
