don't eat too much, but don't starve yourself either. walk to places that are fairly close instead of taking your car every time. it's better than getting on a treadmill because you don't stop walking until you get where you going as opposed to just getting off the treadmill...

starve yourself and do 5000 sit ups a day.

britney spears used to do 5000 a day, back when she looked good and didn't expose her white trash self
