I was in the same predicament last year!!!
Here's what I did!
I started working out with weights for 20 minutes and on the treadmill by both running and power walking for 30 minutes (2miles).
I ate small portion meals (6 meals a day) with a fruit or yogurt in between to build up my matabolism and drank 8 glasses of water per day. I drank nothing else but water.
I cut out all sugar snacks and sugar drinks like sodas, fruit juices etc...
I made sure I took a multi vitamin a day that contain every thing especially iron .
And to top it off, I noticed I felt more energized when I got at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night!!!
I did all this and the pounds dropped with no problem, and up to date, I am still with the same excercise and food routine, and I am more phyically fit than I've ever been in my life.
This will work for you but you have to be dedicated to a healthy eating habit and motivated for a great workout.

Look: There Are many ways to do it, but the important thing is this: You can lose them right or wrong. What I mean with this, is that you have to choose a healthy way to do it and remember that unless you actually change your way to eat, you will gain the weight back. I would recommend you some exercise, no trash food; I don't thing being picky eater is a real problem, I was even told once that if you know you'll get payed every day, you don't save money, but if you get payed once a year YOU HAVE to save some...I believe the body is the same, if you skip breakfast, eat hardly nothing at lunch and the at night you eat a lot thinking "well, since I didn't eat nothing in the whole day, I can cheat a little and eat this...", I guarantee you, you'll get fat. Of course, try to be a picky eater with healthy things like NATURAL (not canned) fruits and vegetables, make sure you drink a lot of water, and eat more proteins and carbohydrates and of course fat. Eat well, that's all! and be aware of sedentary life

The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea.

Your time frame is very aggressive and not the healthiest approach. With that said, here is your solution and one which I used to lose about 4 lbs a week in 6 weeks.
There is an all-natural product called THINS which helped to curb my appetite. I would munch on a few wafers throughout the day and especially before bed time. If you can go to bed hungry and not be kept awake by a growling stomach, you will literally lose the weight as you sleep. By the way, I did not exercise during this "experiment".

Well i am 13 years old and i weight 162 pounds. Now i weight 130 pounds. Well how i did it to lose wight was by watching what i was eating. I eat a little bit which i only get like about 600 calories a day but remember the key to lose weight is by exercising alot a day. The problem that i have is that i might have health problems because i do not eat properly.

step 1:drink about 2 litres of water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
step 2:cut down on your carbs by at least 1/2(but dont give it up completely)
step 3: make dinner the lightest meal of the day,and if possible eat every 2 hours but little.(no fried food,sweets ,colas,alcohol)
step 4:walk for atleast an hour!! or else workout for that much time.
follow these and lose 30 lbs...for sure!!

simple equation....220-your age=max heart rate. exercise everyday at your max heart rate for 30 minutes. eat right. picky eaters ALWAYS develop weight problems of one sort or another.
weight training, proper portions when eating. avoiding fast food, etc. all will help.

u should keep exercising and eating like 4 times a day. buty not very much. eat little things so u can keep losing weight fast.
