Very little if any. In the end you would probably add on weight. Here is why: when you stop eating, your body reduces your metabolic rate. To loose weight you want a higher metabolic rate. When you start eating again in 48 hours, your body will keep the metabolic rate down because it thinks you are in a feast and famine situation so it tries to add on weight.
You would do better to eat a balanced diet and get exercise.

It depends on how much excess water your body is retaining and also how fat you are. Some lose 10 pounds in 2 days. See this site below on more about fasting. Also click on "home" page and look under "quickest way to lose weight" to see something you can do before fasting to lose 5 to 20 pounds in an hour at home. People immediately think this is impossible but once they hear what it is, no one doubts it. It is also very healthy for you.
Site has info by 8 MDs on fasting. There are false myths about fasting like starvation mode etc. Jesus did it for 40 days. Do they think Jesus was an idiot?

That depends on your metabolism(which will slow down temporarily if you don't eat) and your level of activity. The 'quick carbs' stored in your body as easily accessible fuel account for 2-4 lbs on average.

None.
Your body will go into starvation mode and use the stored fat very slowly as to preserve itself until the next meal.
By the way, that is called Anorexia.

A few pounds, but it would throw your body into starvation mode so you would gain it all back almost immediately.
