I'm the type of person that likes to stay in shape, so I excercise daily. For the past few months, I've been "intensifying" that excercise routine. A few days ago I did that, and this morning I woke up incredibly sore. I'm used ot being a little soreness, mabye more, but this is really excrutiating. Is there any way to eliminate, or at least tone it down? I'm not stopping the excercise, but I hope this pain subsides a little.

I guess I'm a little confused because I've been doing this for two years, and the pain has never been this intense.

You can't excersize like that everyday!! Sore muscles means torn muscles. You need at least a day to recuperate. If your muscles are torn, which it sounds like they are, then it will be harder for your muscles to grow and heal normally. Stop tearing 'em and just take it easy.

Sore winners If you win, you will have to be competent to have a good time it in a CIVILIZED procedure, you do not pass round rubbing it in individuals's faces (except you win like forty five-two, then I bet you've gotten rather of a correct to rub it in). Being a sore winner may not get you wherever; kind of it's going to cut back your credibility and you'll be able to lose appreciate. Heck, if whatever a sore winner will make their wasting opponent into sore losers truthfully, considering the fact that by means of rubbing it into their faces they will handiest get mad and ticked off and they will turn out to be sore approximately it too.

Well, soreness after an intense workout is normal. Do you work out non-stop as in like working out everyday? You need to rest your muscles for at least a day everytime you do an intense workout. Try working out every other day, that'll surely reduce the pain.

I have seen in my local news program weeks ago that there is a new fruit juice in the market that substantially lowers soreness after an exercise. I'll provide you with an article below describing it.

Your muscle's need oxygen. When they don't get enough oxygen during exercise, they create a chemical called lactic acid. Lactic acid is what gives you the sore feeling. Just use some icy ot or something, and eventually it'll go away.

Make sure you streach before and after your workouts. Also eating enough protein right after your workout helps to repair the damaged muscle quicker which leads to less of a sore feeling. Try some whey protein shakes.

You might've just overworked your muscles (ones you've never worked out before), but you'll be okay after a few days. Just take it easy and don't work out on parts of your body that hurts - the pain means it's healing and uncessary stress is a no-no.

The pain will go away in time. When you increase a workout there is always days where you will feel like you've been hit by a bus, it takes awhile, but it goes away.

Heavy exercise does not burn fat! You are burning Glycogen in your muscles and this is what is causing the pain. It will give you permanent rheumatic illness if you don't let up. Your body is telling you something, listen to it. Jules, Australia.

You are straining yourself. Don't stop the exercise but do tone it down a little. You are straining your muscles, making them extremely sore. If you have to, use ice packs or asprin.
