Flys can be done at an incline, flat, and decline. Start with the dumbbells straight out in front of (above) you. Keeping your arms slightly bent at the elbows (as if you are hugging a beach ball) bring your arms out to the side slowly and then back up. You can also do some work with cables but someone should show you that as it's hard to explain in an email.

Try the butterfly bench press. On your back on the bench spread your arms out with elbows slightly bent. Then as far back slowly and up/forward slowly. 3x10 (just use youe chest muscles to bring the weights up and back down, not your arms)
