Depends; are you making a habit of it? Did it really rain cats and dogs continuously throughout the whole time you had the opportunity to go to the gym? Did you avoid going to work because of the rain? I'd say if this is a one-time thing it's probably not an issue but if you are making all sorts of excuses to avoid going to gym, there may be a problem.
