it is a safe weight but you dont need to lose anymore weight for your height the average person that is 5 ' 7 is supposed to weigh anywhere from 130 to about 160. so you are fine but i would not suggest losing any weight

That is a good weight for a female being 5'7.

I work with a guy who is 6'3" and 130 pounds. Skinniest guy ever!

But yeah I think you are fine

ya that's about what you should be depending on you body type you might want to work off a little if non of the weight is muscle cause I'm 5'9 and 135 and i know i have a tiny extra here and there

I'd guess you're okay ... of course, it depends on how low your body-fat count is.

I'm 5'6" and about 115 lbs., and people tell me I'm on the slim side ... so you're probably okay.

It's pretty much ideal for a woman, if your bone structure is small to medium.

it really don't sound good cause i'm 5'4 and only 110 pounds and i need a little meat on these ole bones
