Do you sit around, or constantly stand and stretch, do a few jumping jacks maybe?
What in your opinion is the best thing to do?

you know how some people stand all the time to self-discipline themselves, don't you think that is healthier than sitting around not letting your blood flow, wouldn't it make your muscles stiff sitting around?

Definitely stretch, and do so slowly and seriously. More important than stretching before exercise.
After that, if I've just finished weight training, the best thing I've found is to eat and drink. Plenty of water, high protein, high fiber, low sugar, low carbs.
From a long, heavy bike ride (I'm a cyclist), I drink plenty of water, try to eat small portions of high protein food.

yoga
once in the morning right after you wake up, once in the evening
this stretches out every muscle group
if it's too painful to stretch--then soak yourself in an ice bath for like 15-20 minutes
you'll flush the lactic acid out and won't be sore

ummm.. when i am done exercising.. i walk around a little bit.. because my muscles are all tight.. and if i was exercising my arms.. i am in a lot of pain.. because my elbow gets like that because i fractured it before.. and now it sucks and hurts all the time.. so i just stretch that.. and drink water or Gatorade

if you mean between sets, I stretch and count. You don't want to wait too long between sets, say maybe 60 seconds.
