absolutely! breakdancing gets your heart rate up, works and tones your muscles--makes you break a sweat

idk, but i take hip hop and we do break dancing kind of and it gives you a REALLY good workout! and yeah, i think it does reduce stress, after my 2 hours of hip hop a week i feel really good, so you should try it!
