First of all, congrats on your weight loss efforts! If you want to flatten and tone your stomach, what you need to do is strength train. That means doing crunches (the regular crunch and reverse crunch), the bicycle crunch, the side crunch, the ab reach and the crunch on a workout ball are all good. For info on doing these exercises check out: http://www.toneteen.com/exercises/stomach.htm

Doing these exercises with weights will help build muscle and your abs will look even better! Good luck!

Crunches will work if untoned ab muscles are the root of the problem. It is very possible that with such a major weight loss, the skin and tissue may be stretched out of shape. If this is the case, it may bounce back over time ( like 6 months-a year). If it doesn't, the only way to get a really flat belly is a tummy tuck. The younger you are and the more elastic your skin is, the better the chance of your stomach tissue bouncing back is. Congratulations on your weight loss! You should be really proud.

The best thing to is go sign up for a gym and work out 30 minutes a day. Still eat right and do set ups, and curlups this will tone you down.

variety of ab work

get started and make it a habit

do as many as you can in one sitting

do several sittings throughout the day

do this every other day until you get really used to it, then do it daily.

keep it up until you just can't go through a day without it (make it fun).
