what has worked for me is cutting out most of my carbs, like pastas, breads, and potatos. I also started drinking alot more water a day almost 2 gallons, and walking every morning for about 30 min, trying to eat a fresh veggie first thing in the am, and a hearty sald with vinagrette dressing and a few croutons. then for dinner another small salad more fresh veggies and fruits with a piece of chicken breast.

in only a little over a month i have lost 23lbs, good luck its hard work, but worth it if u set yourself up with a routine and can stick to it

I did Weight Watchers, and it was really easy and quick. The weight came off in 3 pound increments, and I lost from 118 to 107 in just about 2 months. My goal weight was 110, so I upped it a little, and now I'm at 111 after 2 years. It's the best diet I've every done, and my weight has stayed stable the whole time.

The diet is really easy to follow, and it teaches you how to eat for life, not just for a little while to lose weight. I think you will really like it. If you don't want to go to the meetings, you can just go to the first one to purchase your books.

Good luck!!

Expend more energy than you take in...eat small meals throughout the day and I mean small, and no junk food. Don't eat to late at night and slow down on booze if you consume that too. Try to build a little bit of muscle to burn more calories and drink water instead of pop, coffee and juices. Good luck!

Eat a lot of high fiber foods like bran muffins for breakfast and raisin bran for snack and wheat bread w sandwiches, whole wheat pasta and ground turkey sauce. Fiber expands in your stomach so it keeps you from feeling hungry and you digest the food much faster so your metabolism picks up..
