I have eaten 1200 to 1300 calories everyday for 2 weeks and walk 20 minutes monday tuesday wednesday and thursday and lost 14 pounds

Yes. I've eaten under 1,200 calories on most days for the past couple of weeks, and excercised for at least an hour each day as well, and lost nothing. Grrr....
