Not so safe!!!!!!!

Eggs have high cholesterol including LDL (bad Cholesterol).

Nutritionists have found that after 35 years of age it takes about 3 days to completely remove cholesterol of egg.

In Young age this rate is faster and as the age increases the rate becomes slow.

IT IS NOT SAFE TO EAT EGG EVERY DAY.

REMEMBER:

Eating both eggs and meat at the same time, in the long run creates bone problems particularly weakening of bones.

The only problem is all of the cholesterol. One egg has 71% of the recommend amount of cholesterol. If you don't eat the yolk, that removes the cholesterol.

depends how much meat you eat. if you don't eat a lot of meat- then one egg per day is OK. and like you were told here: if you wanna build your body- you need more than that.

Yes they are safe to eat every day. I do. If you have high cholesterol don't eat the yokes.

I think so at least in my family my aunties ate them everyday and lived to 97, maybe they would have lived longer without so many but neither one of them wanted to live to 150
