i think drinking anything without seltzer is the best choice. i drank fruit vo8 and that helped alot. also you can drink drinks that contain 100% fruit juice. look at the bottle before you buy it. the one's that say for example, (less than 1% juice) is an absolute no-no. if your interested, juicy juice was my favorite. yet think about how much you drink also. the only drink i know that you can drink as much as you want is water. good luck. no seltzer is better than both of those combined.

Neither. They have high fructose corn syrup in them and that is a bad ingredient that can't signal the brain that you have had enough sugar, so you just want more and more.
If you drink the diet drinks that is even worse. For a multitude of reasons. Read "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About" by Kevin Trudeau, it is an eye opener.
Start drinking more water, non flouridated, or chlorinated if you can. Put it in the fridge to make it cold. Drink a glass first thing in the morning and keep drinking it all day, at least 8 cups, more is better. Save the soft drinks for social drinking. I think soda pop is the number one reason there is so much obesity today, people are substituting it for water.

I do not know if drinking a sprite is any better for you that drinking a coca-cola...but i can tell you this..drinking a diet sprite is much better for you! Any diet drink contains no calories, while most regular drinks contain at least 100 or more per can! Also, I think that diet sprite tastes a lot like sprite! Good Luck!

Its the caffeine that is better in Sprite since it has none. Coke has a lot. But both of them are full of sugar. Drink water or Diet soda. But even limit the diet soda. Water is best to loose weight!

to be honest neither is better because both contain artificial sweetners and corn syrup and SUGAR a ton of it. Your best bet would be to drink water or flavored water. Even try fruit juices. If you still need your soda fix try diet soda.. some brands make them as good as the regular so your tastebuds wont know the difference. Also, they have flavored sparkling water that tastes like soda just so much better for you.

Sprite and Cola contain sugar and the calories associated with sugar, If you have to have a carbonated beverage make it diet, my personal favorite is Coke Zero, however, water is better but I need diet SODA not water.

No, sprite and cola both contain similar, if not equal, amounts of sugar. If you must have soda, go with a diet soda but water would be a much healthier alternative.

Water is the best to drink. With soda you have to be careful of sugar. You don't have to stop drinking soda, but limit your intake to 1 a day or maybe 1 every other day. Include natural juices in your diet as well. Lakewood juices are good because they are the juices and puree from the natural fruit and vegetables.

You need to get off soft drinks all together. The sugar is the proplem, not the color of the drink. Start drinking more water and exercise if you want to lose weight.

The problem with sugary sodas is that sugar in a liquid form spikes your blood sugar levels. This can lead to weight gain. Switch to diet soda, or, even better, water.
