believe me, im with you!
My suggestion is to try and phase things out of your diet. First. start eating smaller portions. Remind yourself how GREAT your going to look when you lose the weight. Think of a celebrity or model and how great they look, and tell yourself that's how you want to be. It's a great motivation because it makes you feel guilty about overeating and eating things you shouldnt eat.
Slowly weed things out of your diet. Until last october, i was addicted to soda. I had at least 2-3 a day. One day, i just filled up on water and didn't drink any soda. I kept doing that, and soon after i no longer had cravings for soda. i have now gone almost a full year without even sipping a soda.
Get rid of white bread and sweets. It's okay to have a small peice of chocolate every once in awhile, you shouldn't comnpletelyt devoid yourself, because that will only depress you.
Dont buy junk food. I know it's hard, but you have to hold back from buying chips and cookies and everything. Stick with lean meats, fruits and veggies. Add flavor to them with herbs like rosemary and chives. Besides, all that money you save not buying junk food you can use to buy a new wardrobe.
I have the same problem as you do. No willpower. You just have to keep reminding yourself how great it will be once you've lost the weight, and think of how much better you will feel and how much more confident you will be.
Make sure you exercise. Even if you just walk around the neighborhood for an hour each night, get out there and be active. You'll get more energy and you feel good about yourself.
Good luck, and if you want support you can AIM me at asinceresarcasm or email me at monkeymatchmaking@yahoo.com

It isn't willpower you lack - it's won't power! Here's what has worked for me:
Every time you are thinking about eating something or about to eat something - and I mean EVERY TIME - you need to stop for just a second and consciously ask yourself this question: "Do I want to eat this or do I want to lose the weight?" Make it a purposeful decision every single time and you will either lose the weight or discover that you are not yet disgusted enough with yourself to do so.
By doing this, you make a clear choice for yourself every single time you eat something. If you continue to gain or don't lose weight, you will know precisely how it happened - you won't have to wonder any more about how you got where you are. And the neat thing is that if you do make the "won't" decision, you will have proven to yourself that you can do something you weren't sure was possible - you will have taken personal control of your weight and you will have done it on your own. If later you fall into an unhealthy eating pattern again, you will have the knowledge that you can overcome it by yourself - you won't need any fad diets or pills or anything else to do it for you.

What is your age???
What is your weight???
To improve your willpower keep your stomach filled with low calories diet and water.
Just dissolve your fats. How?
People go for losing weight by pills or starving.
Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health.
Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infactions and other diseases.
The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities.
1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.
Take vegitables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet).
And at the top of all:
Play physical games or Walk, as your age allows, at least 40 to 60 minutes twice a day.
You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

That's one of the major problems why so many people cannot stick to their diets (apart from all the tempting full of calories snacks and what not in the supermarkets). I think the best way to lose weight is just to take small steps and think towards changing and improving your eating habits. Don't think about dieting just think about healthy eating and what it will bring to you. Clearly diets have never helped- you start and stop and then again you start being on your diet. The results? None!

You seriously have to tell yourself not 2 eat when you're interested in losing weight....because if you continue this, then losing weight may no longer be an option...

Self discipline and self respect should be able to overcome your will power issue. Saying you have no will power is just a way of rationalizing your defeat by what ever you like eating so much. I am telling you from experience, I tried alot of things but mostly I just got sick of being fat and I focused on exercise more than anything. I still watch what I eat but it's not obsessive or anything like that. I usually stop myself by asking myself how many hours of high intensity cardio will I have to do just to eat this one thing! Good luck

Well, you are going to have to get some willpower. Retrain your mind to like foods that are good for you. Practice makes perfect.

Your wasting will energy on the grounds that you mentioned, "I'm fairly unsatisfied with the way in which I seem on the second." Until you're comfortable with your self the way in which you're, your now not going to be disciplined approximately wasting the favored weight. It all begins for your notion of your self. Once you get that intellectual block out of the way in which, you will not be tempted via the junk your mother buys.

My motivation: God gave me this body, and it is a temple of the living God, like the bible says to honor your body, so im doing it as a sacfrifice to God lol. At least im trying to, its like the the old testiment when they had fat offerings to God... haha well works for me and im so motivated cause like Jesus died for me, and i just wanna love him and be with Him and feel good about myself.

You're just going to have to make up your mind and tell yourself when you go to grab something to eat, NOT to eat it. Or to choose a better, healthier option.
Are you exercising? I know a lot of times I find it easier to resist foods I shouldn't eat when I'm taking care of the exercising part of the equation.
