in one hard boiled egg
3 grams of protein in the egg white and about 3 grams in the yolk
if you don't want too much cholesterol--don't eat more than one yolk a day
feel free to eat many egg whites

I don't know but I read that eating a hard boiled egg burns up more calories than it gives........................
