The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.

Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)

Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.

Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition.

Good luck!!

Well, you didn't ask for fast, easy and safe, you just want fast and easy.

So...find someone who has a woodworking shop shop, ask them to raise the blade on the table saw as high as it will go. I think if you cut off your left arm, that'd be about 10 lbs. Your head probably weighs 20lbs....but if you need to lose more than 10.....that would work.

This method would be very fast (10 or so seconds) and very easy (use a saw with at least a 2hp motor and a 20 tooth per inch blade -- that way it wouldn't slow down when it gets to the bone.)

drinking water can take a surprising amount of weight off that is being retained...it flushes out toxins and lets the bodys metabolism function better.. realistically, diet changes should be considered, and engaging in activities you enjoy...swimming, biking and dancing are really good for all the body (cardio, muscle tone..) and have very little impact. I eat a higher protien, lower carb kind of diet, whole grains and organic meats, fruits and veggies, but still use butter and lots of olive oil!! (fat is needed to lose weight as well-really) I'm more fulfilled and can go on longer with the fats and protiens, yet still stay lean! OH!!! and NO BEER, (it's the worst thing!!!) if you like that kinda stuff - switch to whiskey or vodka! In moderation... ;)

Well as gross as it sounds. 5 can come off easy with a laxitive. And the other quick 5 can come off with about 2 gallons of water a day in about 5 days. The excess water consumption tells your body cells that you are going to be just fine, and so those cells do not hold excess water. So when you guzzle water like a mad man. Your body lets go of the excess water it was holding on to. Get off the pop. Diet or regular for 7 to 14 days and go with TONS of water. And if you need caffeine drink Un-sweetened Iced tea from the convienience store, or coffee I suppose.

I dropped 15 in a month coming off pop, and moving to water and un-sweetened Iced tea. Yes even Diet pop makes you fat. It did me. But that's a super long scientific answer lol. Read up on it. :)

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.

Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved if you don't have the access.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices

Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)

Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.

Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.

To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 (women) - 1800 (men) and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) cal and 6 sessions again.

Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.
