I'm not an expert by any means, but I'll give this a try. You already know that breast are glands, and there is little else besides surgery to reduce the size of the glands. There is also fat in your breasts. Fat can be reduced the same way you reduce the fat in the rest of your body. Diet and exercise. Lastly, think of your breasts as mattresses. HUH??? If you have a nice soft mattress that is comfy, but you put it on a weak box spring, the mattress will droop. However if you put that same mattress on a nice firm box spring, it would be much more comfortable because it has better support. So what are the box springs? Your pectoral muscles. Nice firm pectoral muscles will help with the shape and size (to a certain extent!) of your breasts. One book that I often recommend is Body for Life By Bill Phillips. In the book you see lots of before and after pictures. Maybe take a look at the breasts of those women and see if you see appropriate changes. I hope this helps.

Honest answer. Okay.. breasts are mostly fatty tissue. As you lose fat, your boobs will shrink. (The skinny / muscular girls with the big round boobs have implants). You can build up the muscles in your chest through targeted exercises (i.e. push ups), but that will not really affect the size of your boobs unless you get to the bodybuilding stage, the case in which you'll have so much muscle mass that you're starting to look like a man.

In my younger days I also sought answers to this question. What I found out was ...breasts have no muscle tissue in them. So reducing them with exercise is not possible. The muscle tissue (pectorals) lies underneath the breast so that exercising the pectorals will provide some lifting of the breast ...but not reduction.

You can get some pectoral excercises here:

Every other answer I've seen to this question is just loosing weight/fat. Because as your body trims down, the breasts will naturally become smaller like everything else. I am trying to loose weight and would like to have that area affected as well, since I have triple D's right now ugh, so heavy they make my neck, shoulders, and back ache. I don't know why any fool would want to pay for big fake ones, being stuck with these is such a burden sometimes. good luck

When I lost 110 lbs, I went from 46H to 36D. That's diet and excercise. If you are already normal weight, you may try shoulder press and fly weights to build supportive muscle.
