You will feel muscles that you never knew you had. After about a month of regular workouts you will begin to see solid results so long as you keep with it.

Probably not a whole lot in 16 days. A month you will probably feel stonger at most. Depends also how often you work out. Best to work out 5 days a week taking the weekend off for max results. My fiance is a body builder and he suggests to his guys to take it slow build the muscle from the bone up. That means more reps with less weight. It does not matter how much you bench its how cut you are. He suggests also to talk to a trainer get some guidance at first, then if you want go on your own you are a little more educated. Don't go in blind you could get hurt.
Good luck!

You need to make sure you're eating the proper combination of protein, carbs and fat for your body type. Calorie reduction is also essential at this time. You will need to see a nutrition expert to figure out how many calories you need to be consuming for the activity level you are at. If you're working out at a health club, there should be someone there who can help you. Good luck! It's a struggle, but I'm actually going through it right now myself and have had amazing results just since April.

You can see a noticable change no matter what you body size is but only if you are #1 faithfully working out everyday and #2 working out correctly in 14 days. Results are different for everyone but it helps to keep hydrated and also take in a good amount of calories. Too many people think they need to cut back but your body needs fuel to tone up and get rid of fat cells.

not much
you will really start seeing results after a month or two
and at the half year point you will see a significant difference
by one year, you will be fine tuned
by year two you will be even bigger and fine tuned
btw this is consistent lifting week after week
if you start to miss a workout or two-it won't do you much good

Depends, if you have worked out previously or already pretty fit you should notice little change depending on your routinedon't try to kill yourself you need down time to recover, if you don't know a trainer or someone that can help you probably won't do yourself a wholelotta good. results take knowledge determination and time. just the way it is.

depends on how much your plannin on working out...if u get lazy about it you may loose a few ounces by sweating but if your really into it you may find yourself a few pounds lighter than b4....say.........6lbs...but u gotta work on it! oohh oooh and i also forgot...it also depends on if your HUGE....or if you hav a few spots u wanna trim up....really big people loose wieght fatser because they hav more fat and they sweat a lot...so if your not skinny but not big it may take a liitle more effort to get to the desired pound loss....o and dont forget....and if u ever get didiscouraged muscle weigh more than fat! jus remember that.!!!
wooh....i think i deserve a best answer 4 that....but i wont get my hopes up
