The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.

Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)

Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.

Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition.

Good luck!!

I am so sorry to be the bearer of bad news, spot losing is all but impossible. A person can spot train such as if I wanted to increase the size of my biceps(muscle in the front of my upper arm) I would do curls. In order to lose your "tummy" i would suggest a cardio regiment of at least 30 min per day, 5 days a week. I don't mean running or sprinting, a brisk walk or jog could be all that you need. I don't know your current fitness level or your health problems, if any. Before beginning any fitness activity, I strongly recommend consulting a Dr. or your own health provider. In addition to an increase in your physical activity, not only watch what you eat but more importantly when you eat it. Eating right before bedtime or even nap time can cause an extreme weight gain. Sumo wrestlers eat a huge amount of rice and then nap or retire for the evening. So take all, some, or even none of the advice and happy losing!

i do not think there is a real quick way.. i guess do not eat for days but that is not healthy nor is it permanent.. the best way is to exercise the tummy area...just exercise every day and before long you will notice the differrence...

eat what you normally eat in a day and count up those calories, now eat 500 calories less a day from now on. Plus, start excercising. Cardio i.e. running, biking, walking etc.
