All the standing poses and the forward bending poses may be done with mild movements during the first three months of pregnancy, for at this time the spine should be made strong and elastic and no pressure be felt on the abdomen. Baddha konasana (bound angle) and upavista konasana (open angle) may be practiced throughout pregnancy as these two poses will strengthen the pelvic muscles and the small of the back and also reduce labor pains considerably. Doing deep breathing will help considerably during labor.

I know Yoga well, but being a man, I never thought about this very good question.
I would avoid the Inversion postures--headstand, shoulderstand, and the version of the shoulderstand where you let your feet go back to the floor behind your head.(I forget what that's called). This is for reasons of fluid retention affecting blood pressure. No one with high blood pressure should do inversion asanas.
Go gentle with anything that pressures the abdomen. The Cobra might also be a good thing to avoid.
But deep abdominal breathing, even vigorous things like khapalabhati, should be good for your baby.
Be cautious. If you are taking classes from a female instructor, ask her. Don't ask your doctor, unless your doctor is a female who does yoga.
