Take some laxatives in high dosage for a week everyday. Drink plenty of fluid (put some salt in it) while doing so though.

It is not good to lose weight quickly...you will wreck your metabolism and end up with saggy bits. Although it sounds strange...make sure you eat 3 good meals a day. As you are trying to lose weight avoid obviously high fat and high sugar foods, otherwise eat normally but include more salad, veg and moderate fruit. Don't snack!! Fill yourself up at meal times...you can't do this if you eat rabbit food so you will inevitably snack on high calorie things. Try foods you don't normally eat...don't get preoccupied with fat and calorie content. Start cardio exercise...this is anything that raises your heart rate and makes you sweat a bit so if you are really unfit start with walking, then aim to walk briskly and eventually briskly uphill. Do this for 30 mins three times a week at least. As you get fitter, you can progress to gym workouts, cycling, swimming etc. The more variety the better....but DO NOT eat more to compensate (it is tempting). Have one day a week when you allow yourself a treat....could be fish and chips or a curry or a big old beer- fest...whatever you like BUT only once a week and aim to do a bit extra exercise the day after. Forget weighing yourself....forget that you want to lose weight. Think about it as a positive lifestyle change...we come in all shapes and sizes...you don't want to end up having a heart attack or stroke...that's the most important thing. If you follow this advice, one day you will just notice that your clothes are loose and your body is changing...that will be it then...you will motivate yourself to continue. This will take a while though...however, the health benefits will start the minute you adopt a healthy lifestyle. Also, forget weight training until you have lost some body fat otherwise you will get bigger and look fatter as the muscle develops under the fat layer....there's no rush for this...you will get better results once you are cardiovascularly fitter anyway. Gym instructors will be able to advise you on this when the time comes.

Man boobs are excess body fat....they will go as you lose fat. If you starve yourself or follow crazy diets then your body will react in self-preservation and store more fat in these areas!! That is the truth of the matter.

Wow... the quality of these answers is amazing. I'm pretty sure the person who aksed teh question could have figured it out by themselves! They're obvious looking for an alternative way or some kind o weight loss secret.

The truth is there's no way to lose weight quickly. Not in a healthy way any way, take it slowly and keep it off.

Heres the deal you need to drink at least eight glasses of water cut out any sugary drinks. And then cardio, cardio, cardio at least an hour a day. And for the man boobs you can lift weights get abench at a30 degree incline use dumb bells presses go up in weight as you feel more comfortable. This is not fast but if you burn more calories than your taking in you will look better and feel better.

Really, the best way....
Is to do it gradually, You don't want to shed allot,in a short time... Take time, eat right,seek for doctor's advice..
Believe it or not, loosing too much weight too fast can effect you in many ways.
Even hair thinning.......As far as your breasts, if you were matured like that- u can ask your doctor about getting a reduction... You can even loose some,when you loose weight...But that won't totally help. If u are not having back problems,don't worry about that.
