Diets are stupid. EAT WELL AND PROPERLY all the time AND EXERCISE A LOT. EAT FROM ALL FOOD GROUPS. DO NOT drink fruit juices UNLESS they are PURE and no sugar added. Eat 6 or more hand sized meals a day. Eat a lot of green veggies. Stay away from too many starches like potatoes and rice. Eat skinless meat like chicken and fish for the best proteins, eat egg whites. THE BEST PROTEIN IS A TIE. WHEY is one and EGG ALBUMEN (whites) is the other. These together are the best. It does depend on why you are wanting to eat more 'protein' If you are a heavy weightlifter and taking steroids, you would need to supplement your protein with a liquid shake of skim or 1% milk and whey powder and egg whites which you can get yourself OR buy (better) in a little carton. Usually you should consume approximately 1gram of protein for each KILOGRAM you way to keep healthy. If on a steroid weight plan, you would need more like 2 to 3 grams per kg. ANY FOOD which is not used as energy soon after it is eaten is either stored as available sugars or ultimately fat. Even protein - if not "burned" will be stored as a fat energy. The worst though are FAT, SIMPLE SUGARS and then starches or aka complex carbohydrates. Eat a balanced "food regimen" and EXERCISE EXERCISE and you will be fine, you will lose weight and stay healthy. DO NOT BUY FAT BURNERS OR OTHER SUCH PILLS. IF they worked, the world would know. Because no one would be fat. ALL OF THESE SCAM PILLS tell you that you need to take them with an EXERCISE PLAN for them to work. WELL NO KIDDING, so when you lose weight by doing this, you THINK that the pills made you lose the weight....SCAM.

ADKINS : I have been on the Adkins diet for Two week and lost 15 pounds as well as inches off of my Thighs, Hips, Waist, Chest and upper arms. This is a low carb thigh protein diet.

If you eat a bean and a grain at the same time then they react together and make full protein, such as in meat, but less fattening =]

Dink a lot of protien shakes, have steak and or pork for dinners, and when snacking, use nuts and peanut butter for your protien.
