definitely! Tried it using fireman lift or akido throw and the chap was at least a good 20-30 pounds heavier than me.... :P

I know one time me and 3 other women Picked up a guy about 210 pounds with just our fingers {1} each ...he was sitting in a chair .one finger under each arm pit & one finger under each knee they have a name for it ...Can't rembmer ...But we did it it was wild...thanks:)
