it depends on how the fat got there. If you've always been just a little bit fat on the belly then exercise and diet is the way to go. Eating at the right times of the day(spacing out your meals, 4 times a day or so) will really get your motabolism going and make a big difference. But, if you had quite of bit of weight on, forget it, that roll is there to stay. Fat cells can only be so big, and once you have too much fat for a cell, it creates another. So your body can create fat cells, which can shrink when you lose weight, but they will never disappear once you've got them. So if you get big and then lose some, expect it to always be there

1. Get on a low fat, high fibre diet.
2. Increase cardio and aerobic excercise.
3. Stretch your meals to 5 - 6 really small meals.
4. Drop your total calories for the day.
5. Don't eat after 7 PM
6. Drink plenty of water.

First of all you've got to watch what your eating and how much. Don't eat any junk food, sweets,and any fast foods. Eat healthy and drink 2-4 water bottles a day. Also go walking for an hour 5 times a week. Good luck!

You can't lose fat in a specific place without losing weight all over.
Since I can't see you though I don't know if you really need to lose weight. It's normal and healthy to have a slightly rounded stomach. Models and actresses are not normal and healthy.

Crunchies and sit ups, that really works if u do them every day. Dont drink beer or pop either. Stress also can cause tummy fat

there is no way of loosing fat in one specific body part. if u wanna loose weight just do alot of cardio workouts like jogging, aerobics, jumping ropes, dancing, etc
