they can't make you do anything.

They will tell you it's un healthy and suggest you try and gain SOME weight though.

They usually SAY what's in the patients best interest but look at how many people still smoke and are over-weight. You could have low blood pressure in which case they'll say consume more water and salt. Also, they might check to see if you're anemic. Unless your parents are concerned about your weight and eating habits I wouldn't worry about it.

I've been under weight my whole life. Now I'm in my late thirties and still a smidge under weight but close to the ideal. I've never smoked. I don't drink, and I don't have an eating disorder. It's just good genes.

They can no more make you gain weight than they make fat people loose weight. It would have to be impacting your health drastically for them to intervene. You might hear the comment that it would be nice if you gained weight but they probably won't call in the guys in the white suits to take you away.

I don't think they will - they probably only did that before because you probably were at a weight that was so....risky. Although 103 is definitely too thin for 5'7", I don't thinkn it is DEATHLY thin so you should be ok. I'm guessing you have an eating disorder?

Obviously you have a problem with your self image!
Some of the answers mortified me. You need more help than physical. Eat healthy and get some psychological counseling. Anorexia ia a bad disease and can lead to death.
