push up for 3 seconds
hold yourself up for 2 seconds arms fully extended
and down until you cant go anyfurther which should take
until the count of 3
remember to breath so count in your head
or say the numbers out loud while you inhale and exhale

From standing position
1-squat with hands on ground
2-kick your legs back
3-go down for push up
4- go up for push up
5- down
6- up
7- Kick your legs back to squat
8- Stand
Start all over.... not so fun ;)

doing 4 pushups....from the start/up position go down and that is 1 count, up is 2, down is three til you get to 8.. afterwards you have done 4 total pushups..Or what the guy ahead of me said,,, seen them both ways.. he described what we called squat thrusts I think.
