I would eat right as well. Something coming up in 3 weeks and i really want a flat stomach and i dont kno how. My stomach now isn't all that big. help me out

i think if you do 1000 or more every day you should be able to get pretty good abs. * Don't slow down when it starts to hurt. If you dont do it consistintly you wont get the best results!

If u have a layer of fat on ur stomach then it doesn't matter how many crunches or sit ups u do, the abs u want will never come. If u do have that layer of fat then do alot of cardio and eat right, to get rid of it.

You already got answers to your question. Asking it again in a barely different way isn't going to change anything. Stop being in denial and get over it.

Do what you can in moderation and accept that things won't be perfect. At least you can be happy knowing you did what you could and it made some difference.

Do some cardio as well...You need to lose any other fat around your stomach that may hide the actual ab muscles from pushing out.

I thought the ab lounger got recalled......

...but if you break it up...morning mid-day and night...you can do don't try to do 1,000 at one time...

and it will make a difference...
just don't over do it..make yourself sore and can't enjoy the event in 3 weeks...

drink lots of water...

yes, it may help. but you need to remember to start out doing low increments. mabey start with 500 a day and move you'r way up, otherwise all your gonna do is have your abs hurt really bad.

it depends if you're not that fat then hell yeah most people in shape do anywhere from200-500 a day 1000 is a lot
