Honey here's an honest answer....it's gonna be hard. The only way I Iost my weight was from breastfeeding...and being woke up every 2 hours. Wear a pedometer and try to get in at least 10,000 steps a day. I know it sounds like alot, but it really isn't. I would also make sure that you get the ok from your dr. before doing any excercise plan. Good luck and congrats on the baby!

After having a child,,,the first 15lbs comes off really fast,,,because you won't get to stay still anymore,,you will be up and about.
also, you will not be able to eat a full meal anymore due to having to either check on the baby, hold the baby while eating,, or just not have time to sit down period.
I would keep a glass of water at all times..and eat fruit.
I am working on losing 30lbs..but that is from the winter, and having surgery..and not being able to walk for a month..but i am trying,, and I know it is hard. I dont' think that diet pills work... they might for about a week, then after that...your body gets use to them ..
good luck, and congrats on your new baby........ I wouldn't worry too much about it now,,just concentrate on enjoying your baby,,people will understand.
You can also walk on a treadmill while the baby is in its swing,,then when they baby gets older get a bicycle seat for your bike, or get oneof those bikes that you run behind w/ the baby in the comfy seat...you wont' have to walk alone,,you will have a friend to talk w/ and you both will enjoy it. ( the 2 wheeled baby carrier that you run walk behind)

Breastfeeding helped me- you still have to eat healthy. Just watch what you eat- get a stroller and take that baby out for walks the fresh air is so good for them and it will get you out of the house too!
