eating and excercise will help. you must consume more than you burn off. I suggest big pizzas, double cheeseburgers, burritos, chinesse food, lasanga, chili dogs,ice cream, etc.protein weight gainers help too. I was underweight not long ago. I was able to gain over 60 pounds by working out and eating as much as I could. I went from 165 pounds to 225 pounds in a year! I like having a big butt now and being buffed out.

I believe that your best bet is to carbo load, eat a lot of pasta, breads, potatoes.... also drink a lot of high-sugar drinks such as Pepsi, Coke, and Kool-aid( the kind that already comes with the sugar added. Eat lots and do little, you will have gained 15 pounds no problem.

If you want 15 pounds of muscle - workout with heavy weights. If you are too thin and want to gain - eat a lot of carbohydrates (pasta, bread), red meat and eat on a constant basis.

Drink malts, eat pizza, lasagna,,,,,,nachos,,, or you can
just rub up against me... I have about 15 lbs that I could give you and won't miss it!!

O, eat Macaroni and cheese!

But, the main thing would be icecream, and cookies....eat a couple of Reese's cups for me..........
and go to Vitamin World and get their shakes that body builders drink.........it will buff you up real fast!

If you want it all fat and flab just eat tons of fatty foods... If you want to get it healthily, eat and exercise. If you need a few pounds on the scale temporary, drink lots and lots of water

I've read that actors often gain weight for certain roles by eating lots and lots of pizza.

Why do you need to gain the pounds?

eat lot of fried food and daily twice in a day eat chocolate or any kind of sweet thing. u will see the results..

eat before you go to bed, and drink protein shakes that help build muscle as well as excersise. don't eat sweets, they add unneaded fat
