I am currently cutting fat with both resistance training and cardio. My typical BF starts at 6:35a with water, Caffeine pill (for thermo), and a multivitamin. About 7:35a I have a V8. First actual small meal around 10a. Should I be delaying the multivitamin to the V8, or even the meal? (Rest of day follows with 5 more evenly spaced small meals)

food helps teh vitamin be digested completely becuse alone, the acid in your stomach could hurt the lining or not digest the pill completely.
