my shorts i have bouhgt for a trip (in two weeks) are super snug!!!! i work out regularly but, i want to get into these shorts ,not buy bigger . so, is it possible in two weeks (ideas please) or should i forget it?l

I been feeling very low with no energy in my body. My diet isn't great but I wondered if eating certain foods might help me feel not so drained. Also is there any food that helps with depression and axiety? I know eggs can help with depression. I way 98 pounds and 5'5 tall. My wieght is a bit shocking but I burn calories very quickly. It runs in the family my dad used to be very thin. Same with my brother 126 pounds and being 5'8.

I also would like to know how I can flatten my stomache, and make my waist much smaller. I am very hippy , but it would look much better if I had a small waist. How do I achieve that, without losing weight? Which I dont want to do.

Or will I lose weight? Really, I know this is theoretical because no one can eat half of a watermelon every day. But do you think it cancels out the Fritos?

I want to be able to look better. I am not fat I just want to have a better body. I LIKE to work out or do outdoor activities anyTIME. I weigh 108 and am 13. IM a girl.

I NEED/WANT to lose weight. I have started exercising, combining aerobics with weight training. (I do the FIRM workouts--love them!) My dilemma is I don't like vegetables. I have tried to convince myself that I like them and I have tried recipes to make them more appealing. Neither of these things have worked for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to overcome this or supplement my diet? What about drinking V8 or something like that? I can tolerate lettuce and green beans and that is about it. Thank you for your suggestions.

I don't have the time to prepare meals, & I need a good bit of protein to support my muscle growth, so just how healthy is KFC if I pick the skin off? Also, if anyone could get me nutrition info, that'd be great too. I looked on KFC's site but didn't find it. Thanks!

I have a SUPER FAST metabolism and I burn foods really fast, I can't seem to eat right! I try to eat healthy, but the food just burns off really fast. Any ideas? Supplements?
