Do it properly and yes. But remember, there are a number of small and forgotten muscles on your tush. So do squats, lifts, lunges, side leg lifts, etc. work 'em all!

If you lose fat, it will get smaller. If you gain muscle, it will get bigger and have a nice shape. When toning, both are happening, so the likely answer is that it will stay the same size, but have a nicer shape.

it will get stronger...and more muscular but to get it smaller you have to lose weight...
