im 23 300lbs 5'5 and trying to lose weight. i have been forcing myself to drink a gallon a day! but im being told thats way to much?? so how much should i be drinking? thanks all.

I was working out 5 days a week and it wasn't helping all that much. I need a workout that I can do every day but won't consume a lot of time. Any videos or other workouts that are short but that work that anyone knows of would be great.

my 4 year old weighs about 75 pounds he is tall for his age but i know he is over weight. i have a teenager and a preteen that never seemed to have a weight problem. but my 4 year old was 10lbs and 2 oz when he was born, he never seemed to be to heavy until he was about 3. i know that he over eats, family members and friends always offer him food, regardless of my concern. my true concern is that he can eat and eat without every being full. could this be a condition?

I am the healthiest in my family. I hardley ever get sick. I havn't been to the doctor for sickness in three years. I drink TONS of diet cokes and stuff like that. I'm a healthy person, but my dad is always getting mad at me for drinking so much coke. He says it's not healthy. But he's not a doctor, he doesn't know. Is it unhealhty?

i've been exercising for 2 months 4 times a week of walking and i spend 500 cal on the treadmill i eat less than before but yet i dont loss weight just 2 kg in 2 months even i loss 2 inches from my weist i could like to loss some pounds too , what should i do ?

I've been going to the gym a lot lately, and my cotton underwear isn't making me very happy. There's nothing good about soaking your underwear with sweat, and I'm looking for some alternatives.

ok right now, im hungry as heck!!! im fasting for 10 days, then doing a whole month of eating celerys til august. but day one of fasting , i have no will power or determination, so i need help,what can i do to stick to it, right now, gyros, pizza, juice, is running across my mind. and im so tempted to just go to the fridge and get me some FOOD but i want to be able to do this....HELP

My husband drinks 4 beers daily on average. Some more never less. He is 70 pounds overweight, is on high-blood pressure meds and refuses to take his cholesterol medicine. His dad died at 42 of heart disease. Hubby thinks I'm a nag if I get on his case. I feel like I have some kind of responsibility or I'm going to be a widow. Help!

After having a baby a year ago, I still have 13lbs that I can't seem to shake. I am so sick of the tradmill. Is there a way I can walk away the lbs (how long/far/often etc.)? I do 30mins/week 3 times a week on the treadmill or eliptical, but that is getting BORING, any ideas?

I sometimes get tense'd up aroun my shoulders, and was thinking of getting weights to help relive the tension ( get my mind of the stress and help excersise the muscle). Never done weights before, anyone know a good size weight to work off ( for use at home, one of those small bar weights), im male 23 and in good shape

I have type 1 diabetes and I'm wanting to gain more from lifting weights. I have heard that consuming a lot of protein is not good for your kidneys. Diabetes is also hard on your kidneys. I'm wondering if there is a specific amount of protein that is safe for me to consume with my workouts. How much protein should I consume each day, and how much should I consume before and after my workout if I want to aid muscle building, but at the same time, not harm my kidneys?
