I did this - but it can be unsafe for some people:

A bottle of Hydroxycut
A bottle of Xenadrine
A healthy diet
Exercising daily

If you take the pills when you're supposed to, exercise, and eat right all the time - it works. I used to weigh 210 and I got down to 149 before I stopped because I dropped so much weight so quickly. Then you slowly pull yourself away from teh drugs while keeping your eating and exercising habits the same - DRINK ONLY WATER!!! You should be fine.

Get up and move. Keep moving. Run and walk around the block. See how far you can run. Play basketball or go swimming. Just do something that leaves you out of breath and heart pounding for 20 mins.

Start slow and be patient with it. Make it your goal to live healthy and not to drop 40 lbs in two weeks.

Pshh. You're a guy - all you have to do is think about it.

No, seriously, start eating 5-6 small meals a day, load up on the water, and start exercising at least 45 min a day. You'll lose weight fast.
