What is the best underwear for a guy to wear to the gym?

I've been going to the gym a lot lately, and my cotton underwear isn't making me very happy. There's nothing good about soaking your underwear with sweat, and I'm looking for some alternatives.

I'm looking for close-fitting tech fabrics. Any recommendations on brands and styles?

Have you tried briefs that 'wick?' You can buy them from Sierra Trading Post.

i use boxer briefs they work great
