and i know i should try eating right and exercise but thats too much work. i'm looking for a quick and easy way.

There is no quick and easy way to lose weight, and there is no magic to losing weight either. You must eat less food, and do more exercise. Stay away from all diet pills, they don't work, and they are dangerous, and extremely unhealthy.
