After having a baby a year ago, I still have 13lbs that I can't seem to shake. I am so sick of the tradmill. Is there a way I can walk away the lbs (how long/far/often etc.)? I do 30mins/week 3 times a week on the treadmill or eliptical, but that is getting BORING, any ideas?

Try stripper-aerobics ( it's fun as hell!) swimming and or running. Also cut out processed sugars altogether...you can eat fruit but not ice cream or candy. Limit bad carbs, but keep up the good ones like whole wheat breads and pastas. Absolutely NO eating past a certain time, usually 3 or 4 hours before you go to bed. Get lots of sleep ( this is your bodys time to refill what it's lost during the day...USE IT!) I lost all my baby weight PLUS 25 more pounds by the time my son was 8 months old by doing all this. I've kept it off more or less and he's almost two years old now.
**Here's a good tip**- Don't drink soda or yogurt drinks...wouldnt you rather EAT your calories instead of drink them? Stick to water and fat free milk or light soy milk.
Also weight loss is 80% what you eat and only 20% what you do. While excercise is important, what you're eating counts for a LOT.

Swimming is an excellent way to lose those last lbs as it works almost every muscle in your body, and its fun to do. Or see if there are any swimaerobics in your nearby pool, this is great fun!

Sure it gets boring but try something different, maybe take someone with you, go another route, ride a bike, go swimming, and stay away from fatty foods, calories and carbs.

Maybe take put your baby in a stroller and take walks with him or
her. Or an aerobics class may help.
